Regular Panorama:
First 3 scenes: $150
The initial three scene package is the first step to booking your location. The initial three scene package includes “hotspots” that allow users to navigate from room to room.
* A “scene” is defined as any standard room or exterior shot. Hallways, bathrooms and smaller areas typically do not constitute as a scene, but are included in the tour on the discretion of Via Web Media.
Additional scenes: $60
Adding extra scenes to your tour is a great way to showcase the full allure of a property or capture exterior shots such as sunsets. Additional scenes can also be added to the tour at a later date. (Note: Sunset or other specialty scenes may cost extra. Ask for more details).
Narration: $50
Give a customer the feeling that they’re actually there by highlighting features through narration. Tell them about room sizes, fireplaces and architecture, and see why this feature is so popular.
Via Web Media narration: $100 (this includes script writing, production, recording)
Don’t have a gift for gab or don’t like the sound of your own voice? Don’t worry. Via Web Media’s trained staff has the experience and expertise to produce and narrate your virtual tour. They’ll take care of everything and will submit the script to you before recording.
Add a Map : $40
A map of the property’s location is also included in the template design.

Some customers want to know where the nearest school is or how far they need to go for a carton of milk. Including neighbourhood information alongside the tour is a great way of answering questions many visitors forget to ask.
Additional music/sound: $70
Music can make an already great virtual tour even better. We know, it’s hard to imagine. But music is a powerful and stimulating medium. Imagine hearing a Celtic tune while the virtual tour pans over an oceanfront property or the sound of waves crashing against the shore.
Music and sounds can also be used in virtual tours for commercial properties.
Floor plan and radar map: $120
Give customers an inside look at the property’s layout by including a floor plan and radar map in your virtual tour. As the virtual tour image pans the radar on the image map also moves, giving visitors a sense of what direction they are looking. Visitors can also navigate throughout the property via the floor plan. A floor plan is also another useful method of showcasing additional scenes that may be “camera shy”.
Spherical Panorama:
A spherical panorama differs from a regular panorama by showing the complete ceiling and floor of a given property. Virtual tours of commercial properties and exterior shots also benefit highly from spherical panoramas.
Spherical panoramas can be included in virtual tours featuring mainly “regular panoramas” and vise versa.
